What is B.E.A.M & Robotics?

What is B.E.A.M and robotics? Lets start with B.E.A.M. BEAM stands for:

- Biology

- Electronics

- Asthetics

- Mechanics

These can be just bout anything cept for the electronics part which consist of a certain circuit. BEAM is just one part of the robotics world.

Robotics in general is any mechanical object that moves on its own and can be programmed, controlled by computers, or by humans. But robots usually have a complex circuit or circuits in them to make them operate. Some have simple circuits others have very complex circuits, but as you'll find out as you explore the robotics world you'll see there are many types of robots and robot classes and circuits. With this bit of information i hope robotics and B.E.A.M robotics is a bit easier for you and others like you to understand even if your new or just browsing.

.:Safety Rules:.

Robotics is a good hobby to be in to keep out of trouble ,drugs ,and other violence. It does become costly if you don't have a steady job or places to find parts such as old eletronic equipment that no one uses. Most of all electronics requires some skill. Always remember safety rules when working with electronics such as Eye Safety, Electrical Shock, Tool Handling (Soldering Iron), Ventilation for solder fumes and other toxic and harmful fumes, and last but not least Fire Safety. Remembering these rules will help keep you safe in the robotics and electronics fields. One last thing for those who are beginners is that if your not experienced in these fields and with the basics it is a good idea to have some adult or skilled people around. Never be shy to ask others for help, even some of us experienced people need help sometimes.
